If you want a very simple text editor with which to write some short notes on any subject, here's an application that works: Mr. Document.
Far from complex text editing programs, where there are many options to confuse you, Mr. Document offers absolute simplicity: just can write then change the font format, choosing from the three on offer.
A few simple buttons to the right of the interface allow you to open and save any text document, and even delete all the content with just one click, in case there's something in Mr. Document that doesn't convince you.
